BLOGGER OF THE MONTH: Two Shoes One Pair

We love a good blogging duo, and lets be honest, two fashionistas advice on a blog is better than one! We first discovered blogging buds Naomi and Amy around London Fashion Week and ever since check their blog Two Shoes One Pair (TSOP) daily for style inspo and ways to wear our favourite high street brands! This month we caught up with Naomi, one half of the team from TSOP. Check out the Q&A below...

What inspired you to start your blog?
Amy (the other half of TSOP) and I used to work together as Stylists and we worked together so well and became best friends! We wanted to do something to share our passion for styling and have fun together. We started back in Mach last year and now it's a huge part of our life.

Describe your style.
Eclectic! I like to try out all the new trends in my own quirky style but often have a bohemian edge to it. I love print, texture and embellishment and I love layering up key pieces in unusual ways.

What piece of clothing could you not live without?
Kimonos! At the moment I just can't stop wearing them. They look great thrown over any outfit and they are the perfect layering piece.

What's been your best vintage find?
Oooh- I work at Beyond Retro so I often find lots of gems! My favourite find was a crochet cream maxi dress which is handmade and absolutely stunning. I get a buzz from finding amazing vintage pieces!

If you could raid someone's wardrobe, whose would it be?
The queen of Coachella... Vanessa Hudgens! I love her effortless boho style and you know she has some amazing boho pieces in that wardrobe of hers!

What's your favourite item from the Skinnydip SS14 collection?
The 'Jay' wooden effect clutch bag! It's so unusual and still has the Skinnydip stamp on it with the colourful jewels! It's a really cute finish and perfect to jazz up you SS14 outfits!

Style tip?
Co-ords for summer give you so much scope to create different outfits with them! Wear them together, separate and as layering pieces to create multiple looks. Great to pack for festival or holidays!

New season must have?
Tropical print anything! A really nice fresh take on summer florals and they can look so much cooler. Mix them into your wardrobe and put a grungy, sporty or clean spin on this seasons hottest print.

What is your most treasured possession?
My Moxham Anubis necklace! I absolutely love it. So unusual and a perfect way to jazz up any outfit.

Who was the last person you chose to follow on Instagram?
@officialplt (Pretty Little Thing) We have just worked with them on a collaboration and for some reason wasn't following them on Instagram! Love their new SS product!

What's your fave blog to read on your lunch break?
How Two Live & Megan by Pages By Megan. Stunning blogs with great style - perfect for style inspiration and a nice lunchtime read! Total Blogger Babes!

What is dream career?
To be a senior stylist for a big magazine like Company or Look... thats the aim! At the moment I work for Beyond Retro as Online Creative Content Manager so I hope i'm on the right track! I'm definitely not a sit in the office kind of girl which is why I love doing the blog on the side to have another creative output. :-)

If you were invisible for a day you would...
Shadow Anna Wintour for the day at American Vogue! How amazing would that be!
