    Accessories Designer

    You will be based in Primrose Hill, London and the hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

    As a Skinnydip Accessories Designer you will be-

    • Researching, developing and designing to support the Assistant Design Manager on the bags, purses and technology accessories departments.
    • Working on both Skinnydip and private label accounts and liaising with retailers on a daily basis.
    • Attending weekly design meetings and managing workload.
    • General office admin.
    • Develop strong working relationships with Far East suppliers overseeing the sampling process on a daily basis.
    • Sourcing new fabrics and moulds.
    • Helping assist on packaging design.

    Key Skills-

    • Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft office and CAD: Photoshop, Adobe and Illustrator.
    • Highly organised and motivated.
    • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines.
    • Good understanding of the Skinnydip Brand and Customer.
    • Motivated to develop innovative and new product.
    • Previous experience is essential, a degree in fashion/textiles/graphics/accessories is needed.

    Assistant Merchandiser

    Location: Primrose Hill

    Hours: Full Time 9:00-5.:30pm

    We are looking to hire a knowledgeable Assistant Merchandiser who is enthusiastic and will look to drive profit through innovative thinking and strong commercial awareness. Reporting to the Head of Merchandising you will be responsible for the planning and trading across our key retail areas.

    The Role

    • Producing weekly reports
    • Leading the weekly trade meeting
    • Monitoring performance and identifying risks and opportunities
    • Managing stock intakes/inventory to increase sell through
    • Liaising with other departments
    • Managing mark downs and promotional activity
    • Overseeing the allocation of stock to stores
    • Knowledge of new and repeat orders
    • Ad-hoc category analysis

    Key Skills

    Branded Buyer

    Location: Primrose Hill

    Hours: Full Time 9.00-5.30pm

    A brand-new position based at our head office; we are looking to hire a knowledgeable branded buyer to develop and grow this new area. This buyer will be responsible for sourcing new and innovative brands that will compliment and enhance the Skinnydip range both online and in store ensuring our offering is on trend and original.

    The Role

    • Range building the department to maximize sales opportunities
    • Presenting your selections to management
    • Analysing performance and reacting to sales & customer information
    • Good awareness of competitor activity and evaluating the range to reflect this.
    • Building close relationships with brands to be able to negotiate buying and delivery terms

    Key Skills

      Concession Assistant – Various London Locations

      Hours:  30-35 hours per week

      We are looking for someone to manage our concessions in London stores.  Stores will include Topshop Oxford Circus, House of Fraser, Harrods, Fenwick, Marble Arch, Stand and stores in Knightsbridge.       Concession Area Manager

      You will be based in Primrose Hill, London and the hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

      We’re looking for a Concession Area Coordinator to join the team managing Skinnydip concessions.The role involves being responsible for overseeing the success of Skinnydip retail concessions. Day to day duties will include managing stock distribution to concessions; liaising with store managers, providing sales reports to the team and working on maximising sales. A strong flare for visual merchandising is a must!

        Digital Marketing Assistant 

        You will be based in Primrose Hill, London and the hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday). We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to join our E-commerce team in our head office. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the effective day to day running of the website, helping to provide regular support on marketing campaigns, data support and campaign reporting. 

        Responsibilities include-

        • Support in the planning, execution and analysis of online marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing brand reach, traffic and revenue
        • Support PPC campaigns including data reporting
        • Maintaining social media advertising campaigns, making sure they run in line with the website
        • Using social media analytics to analyse campaign results and monitor web activity
        • Help explore new digital advertising formats

        Graphic Designer

        Full-Stack Web Developer

        We are looking for a enthusiastic and experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our E-commerce team to help build an amazing web experience for e-commerce. 

        Responsibilities-

        • Help the development team maintain and improve the website and supporting systems
        • Work on your own or with the current development team to build new web projects

        • Keep abreast of current best practice in web development and integrate them with your work

          Photographer

          You will be based in Primrose Hill, London and the hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

          We are looking for an experienced photographer to join the team. It is preferable that you have had experience in this area and have knowledge of both Photoshop and Capture One as well as working with Canon equipment. It is crucial that you are flexible and are able to support the E-commerce team and the Press Team with imagery. 

          Responsibilities include-

          • Fully support the E-commerce Team to keep on schedule with product uploads 
          • Manage all Studio Kit and Equipment
          • Shoot and produce a high standard of product photography
          • Ensure product is shown to its best advantage in order to maximise sales and avoid reshooting

          Production Controller

          You will be based in Primrose Hill, London and the hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday). If you have a minimum of  3 years experience working for a supplier to high street retailers, we would love to hear from you.

          Responsibilities:

          • Hands on style; must be able to effectively liaise with other departments on a constant basis and in a proactive manner to prevent issues and ensure smooth effective product flow;
          • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
          • Holding weekly critical path meetings with the Account Managers to identify any issues which may affect delivery dates and communicating instructions/updates;
          • Discussing production and delivery issues and looking for ways of improvement;
          • Monitor freight costs and shipment arrangements prior to goods leaving the factory. This will include: selecting freight modes, costing and negotiating payment terms with the forwarders;
          • Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
          • Supervise and motivate a small team;
          • Review your team members performance and identify their training needs.

           What we need from you:

          • A proven background within  a similar manufacturing/production position (min. 3yrs);
          • Highly organized, strong analytical and numerical skills;
          • Confident communication skills (written and verbal);

                Social Media & Events Coordinator

                Location: Primrose Hill, London. Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

                We have a new and exciting opportunity to work within the Skinnydip London creative team. The primary focus of this role is to assist the PR and Social Media Manager with all aspects of digital and social media along with events and blogger outreach. This individual will assist with the day-to-day operations of our digital profiles across all platforms to support Skinnydip’s online community. Duties will include, but are not limited to, content creation, social posting, event management & community management for Skinnydip. She/he will represent the consistent, ever-present brand message for markets within the social space, support the strategy and contribute at multiple levels to execute our always-on strategy across digital and social. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, friendly and goes the extra mile.

                Responsibilities:

                • Create social media content, copywriting and strategy across social media platforms ensuring it’s on brand creatively and withholds tone of voice
                • Upload daily content on Skinnydip social media channels
                • Address and respond to daily customer inquiries on all social media platforms
                • Research and pitch content ideas while maintaining Skinnydip’s tone of voice
                • Collate up to date information on current social media trends and competitor activity
                • Plan and create YouTube videos, photoshoots and blog content for Skinnydip
                • Draft T&C’s for interactive competitions and manage prize fulfillment

                We are always on the lookout for brilliant interns for 4 week unpaid placements within the PR and Social Media department at our North London Head Office (Previous PR or Marketing experience is essential)

                Key social media responsibilities include:

                • Support the Press Officer in managing press requests/ stock levels
                • Manage all press coverage
                • Manage all press samples and support the press team in keeping the press showroom/meeting room tidy
                • Support the press team with events ie gifting in the run-up to events, managing the guest list, event set-up
                • Work with other departments including design, logistics etc

                • Analysing Sales across all retail areas
                • Producing reports to make suggestions and maximize sales.
