The Brand Ambassador is responsible for ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience in store. They will be trained to be an expert in our products so they can offer genuine, informed and impartial advice to our customers. They will have opportunities to learn about all aspects of the store from stock management to cash handling.

As Brand Ambassador, you are expected to be:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining immaculate visual standards
  • Greeting customers who enter the shop
  • Assisting our customers in finding products
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Processing deliveries and managing stock rotation
  • Keeping up-to-date with Skinnydip products and services
  • Processing payments on the till
  • Dealing with customer refunds and exchanges
  • Keeping up to date with new product areas and promotions
  • Replenishing the stands
  • Operating the personalisation machine in a safe and efficient way
  • Keeping the store tidy & clean
  • Sending daily reports to head office retail team
