Digital Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Skinnydip London E-commerce team. The prime focus of this role is to drive brand awareness, site traffic and online engagement. We are looking for candidates who are experts in their field, that think outside the box and that excel managing a team.


  • Defining the global digital marketing plan to deliver sales, visitor and customer growth
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop, execute and optimise PPC campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page and bidding optimisations, automation and competitor analysis
  • Manage email briefs and creatives to ensure we are maximising capabilities
  • Identify and test opportunities within the customer database to target the customer and encourage CTR
  • Manage all automations, targeting and promotions through the dedicated email marketing platform
  • Present digital marketing plans and strategy to Senior Management considering business targets
  • Ensure that the core brand values and messages are relayed to the customer accurately across all channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing these against target ROI and KPIs
  • Maximise and monitor the visibility of the company in organise search through SEO
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all necessary assets are delivered on time
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and optimise the online user experience
  • Research and suggest new and creative growth strategies for the business

What we need from you:

  • Excellent understanding of ecommerce, SEO, social media, CRM, loyalty and paid digital media
  • Experience launching and running global marketing campaigns 
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Track record of achieving customer acquisition
  • Proven working experience within digital marketing
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other website analytical tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
  • Ability to work independently, thinking outside the box and creating content with limited input
