As a Skinnydip Store/Dual Site Manager you are responsible for ensuring your staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of both stores, dealing with customer queries and complaints, overseeing pricing, stock control, visual merchandising to ensure the stores are maximising profitability and meeting sales targets.



  • Scheduling and payroll
  • Arranging cover for all absences both planned and unexpected
  • Performance management of the team
  • Communicating any information fed through from head office to the whole team in a clear and professional manor
  • Follow cash handling procedures to minimize risk
  • Stock control
