Hey babes, I’m G of PRINTSBYGG, a one-woman show dedicated to bringing a little bit of magic and fun into your homes via handmade functional homeware and decor pieces- and now phone cases!! ❣️🐄👅

If you could describe your collection in 3 words what would they be?
Dreamy, empowering and funky ☁️🪐🍓

What does a day in the life look like for you?
I like to be a lady of leisure in the mornings and a night owl, but I have a naughty puppy now so I’m up and out to the studio bright and early with a decaf coffee. After Nellie puts her morning muddy footprints all over my floor I get to content creating, making and painting pieces, email admin, packing orders, sketching designs or one of the other million things on the to-do list! All whilst binge watching true crime YouTube, UNHhhh or watching Always Sunny for the millionth time and downing Diet Coke 🔪☕️🐶

What’s a fun fact about you that you think would surprise people?
Despite having about 2 brain cells left, I’m disgustingly dedicated to a quiz team and my extremely lame brag is that we’re in a quiz premier league 💅 shoutout rhinesky cowbizz 🤠

What’s your favourite design from the collection and why?
Always Manifest It Baby! That’s actually one of my earliest designs and one of the only ones that’s stood the test of time and is constantly a fan favourite. Coming in at a close second has gotta be Dump Him, an everyday mantra right? 💋🍒

What’s on your bucket list?
I can’t die without going to Hawaii to wade in the sea, collect beautiful sea treasure and watch blazing sunsets. I just want to live my best Moana/Lilo & Stitch life! 🐚🌊🌞

What’s been your favourite part of working with us?
Call me delusional but I feel like I manifested this? When I worked miserable jobs in London, they were always nearby a Skinnydip store, so I’d go in for sparkly inspiration on my lunch breaks! It’s a cool feeling to be living my dreams as an artist and working with a brand I’ve admired for years! 🌈🤩

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
I’m a creature of comfort and habit, but my partner is constantly telling me the joy of trying new things (and forcing me to experience this joy). I hate to admit it’s wonderful advice. Trying new things, whether it’s soggy tofu or completely stepping out your comfort zone and taking risks can be magical and life changing ✨👽🦕

Tell us a bit about how the design process worked? What was key for you with regards to the final designs?
I kept it simple, chose a load of tried and tested designs I can’t get enough of, and gave the Skinnydip team a wide variety to chose from. I think we ended up with something for everyone and the collection still manages to sum up the GG brand 💖🌚🌈

And lastly, and very importantly. What’s your dream meal?
Despite claiming to be vegan, here we go! Oysters with bread and salty garlic butter, some sexy form of chorizo scallop spaghetti, finished off with vegan ice cream affogato with dark choc 🤤🦪🦐🍦
