It’s a new year, which means new collaborations (and lots of them!) So we kicked off 2019 by teaming up with Tangle Teezer for the second time, to bring you three killer Skinnydip prints on their classic Compact Styler Hairbrushes. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Skinnydip collab without an unforgettable launch party! So here’s what went down at our Skinnydip x Tangle Teezer event in London.

The Skinnydip store in Covent Garden was transformed by our amazing team as we welcomed some of our fave babes including Georgia Toffolo, Tallia Storm, Lucy & Lydia Connell, Sophie Hannah Richardson and many more. It didn’t take long after the doors opened at 6.30pm for the store to be full and the atmosphere buzzing!

Having DJ’ed at some of the coolest festivals out there such as We Are FSTVL and Defected Croatia, we were super lucky to have the talented Katie Goodman spinning some tunes at our event, keeping the bangers flowing all evening!

The fun definitely didn’t stop there, as downstairs in our Nail Club we had our lovely Nail Tech’s giving guests mini manicures. Guests could even get matching nails to their new Skinnydip Tangle Teezers! Of course, we also thought about hair and had the babes from Keash Braids doing bad ass braids and super sparkly hair tinsel. Cos there is no such thing as too extra, right?

Whilst guests got themselves familiar with the new products and mingled, we made sure we had some of the best refreshments for everyone to enjoy. Fruity alcoholic soda was provided by the Crooked BevCo, dreamy Skinnydip x Tangle Teezer themed cake pops by Mary Lou’s Bakehouse and not forgetting the most delicious mini burgers supplied from the Handmade Burger Co. Our mouths are still watering NGL!

As the evening winded down, we obvs made sure the squad left with bags filled with goodies! Our gals got all three Tangle Teezer designs, a bunch of Skinnydip goodies, as well as treats from Batiste, Dr Lipp and Joe & Seph’s Popcorn!
