For any order made in Australia, New Zealand or Japan. If you spent over £150 please note delivery will be increased to £25 due to large order shipping costs.

I emailed you guys right when I got my order. I am missing the pants when I paid for the whole set. At this point I just want either a refund or get my whole set. :/ I understand that a company can be very busy and backed up with emails, but to me this is just not right.
