WHO ARE MOBILE REBORN?

We've partnered with tech company Mobile Reborn to offer you easy access to refurbished devices. Their passionate team of exports ensure we are offering you high quality tech at competitive pricing. With an EXCELLENT rating from TrustPilot & with over 1700 we felt they were the perfect partner for us for this new venture!

DO YOUR REFURBISHED DEVICES COME WITH A WARRANTY?

All our devices supplied with Mobile Reborn come with a warranty that covers parts & software for 12 months from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if there is a defect or fault with your device we will repair or replace your device at our discretion. If the device is cracked, smashed or shows any significant signs of wear or tear, this will not be covered under your warranty. We aim to repair or replace all customer returns within 72 hours. What does the 'grading' mean?

Our devices are avaliable in 3 different grades, A, B & C to help you make the right decision for you when making your selection. We've included the descriptions for each grade below & can also be found on the product page.

GRADE A

Good as new! It is our guarantee that a Grade A device will look & feel brand new with no scratches or blemishes. It will come with a minimum battery capacity of 80% & is a great way to get your hands on the latest device!

GRADE B

This device shows minor signs of use from small & minor scratches to slight marks on the body of the device. It will still be in very good condition with a guaranteed battery health of 80%. Like all of our devices, it will have gone through rigorous testing to ensure it is fully functioning!

GRADE C

This device shows usage from light, moderate scuffs & scratches to more substantial cosmetic blemishes. The phone will work like any other device & has gone through a series of rigorous tests to ensure it is fully functioning!

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send out your device. You will receive a text message & email containing your tracking reference. If you have any issues, please contact Mobile Reborn using the links below to help!

How long does delivery take? And where do you deliver?

We will aim to send out all orders same day for orders placed before 4.30pm for next working day delivery. Currently we only ship to mainland UK residents, we are unable to accept or dispatch orders outside the mainland UK (including the Republic of Ireland). 

Can I return my refurbished phone?

Of Course! If for any reason you feel that our product did not live up to your expectations we offer a no hassle 100% money back guarantee for 30 days. Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging alongside their parts and accessories. The cost of returning the device will need to be covered by you. We will deduct suitable costs if the device is returned damaged or in a different condition as to when it was sent. Please call or email us on the links below to organise your return!
