Customer Service Representative- Temporary (October- January)

We are looking for a customer service representative to join the Skinnydip team. The role involves being responsible for all customer communications, managing returns and general office duties including handling incoming and outgoing post.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 2 week rota (8am-4.30pm and 9am-5.30pm) Saturdays 9.30-5pm (only during busy periods with time off in the week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via live chat
  • Resolving customer issues within initial communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Issuing refunds and replacement orders
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post 
  • Keeping accurate records of correspondence with customers and noting trends in enquiries
  • Liaising with the Warehouse, third-party couriers and in-house specialist teams to resolve customer queries

The team only work on the weekend if overtime is available during busy periods, but this is something I only allow them to do if I’m confident with their performance first

Merchandising Admin Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Skinnydip London Buying and Merchandising team.  You will need strong excel skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus of this role is to assist the team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, friendly and goes the extra mile. 

Responsibilities:

  • Running Monday trade, daily sales, weekly and adhoc reports to support Merchandiser.
  • Responsible for delivery schedule liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery dates are met, samples, are approved on time etc.
  • Participating in trade meetings.
  • Inputting intake and pending onto the WSSI, monthly WSSI analysis of intake and recodes.
  • Setting up current performance analysis and spreadsheets for sign off meeting.
  • Answering order and shipping queries.
  • Making any necessary changes to delivery and shipping dates on the order system and MEGA (line description).
  • Half and Full season store analysis by grade, sales, size and location.
  • Company supplier analysis roll up.
  • Organising weekly allocations to warehouse and web.
  • Responsible for line flow options forecasting sales to ensure enough stock in business and stores.
  • Setting up sales and promotions and reporting on new reactions.
  • Working closely with Buying team, PR, Allocations, VM.
  • Liaising with Merchandiser and warehouse to discuss replenishment needs.
  • Set up colour analysis to distinguish best sellers in colour and product type.
  • Involved in new season buy meetings and make performance and competitor packs.
  • Making Allocation suggestions.
  • Pricing research and knowledge of competitors.
  • Monitoring the progress of new lines.
  • Providing information to the VM Team so they can effectively plan store layouts.
  • Booking Meetings.
  • Taking minutes for all sign offs.
  • Maintain and update each seasons launch schedule and send updates to all other teams.
  • To be the point of contact for any stock queries from other members of staff.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in merchandising highly advantageous. 
  • Educated to degree level in relative field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS etc. 
  • Highly systematic and well organised with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet set deadlines.
  • An interest in fashion and accessories.

Store Manager - Luton Airport 

We are looking for a Store Manager to run our Luton Airport Store.

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day organisation and smooth running of their store. Store Managers contribute to the successful financial growth of the company by ensuring customer service and visual standards exceed all expectations. As an experienced motivator, you will oversee the development of all team members, ensuring exceptional results whilst maintaining procedural excellence.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for everything storewide, this an extremely rewarding factor of this role. As store management you are responsible for all of the stores front and back of house operations. This includes all admin duties e.g.: delivery management, cash handling, administration and banking procedure. You will uphold the Skinnydip ethos and strive to meet our customer’s exceptional standards. Every Skinnydip store is unique and as Store Manager you will have opportunities to be creative and innovative in how you promote your store through regular communication with head office. 

Please note: for this role we will need to request up to 5 years of referencing details and to conduct a criminal record check for you to be eligible to work on site at Luton Airport. Applicants must also be flexible with shift patterns due to the nature of airport trading.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating all company directives and training to further employees in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  • Maintain company standards at all times whilst acting as a strong role model to all staff.
  • Make weekly direct communication with Head Office in regard to banking and independently analyses financial information to identify and address fashion trends and any issues in store performance.
  • Manage stock processes, stock takes and conduct monthly checks, communicating any issues to Head Office.
  • Conduct regular Visual Merchandising updates in line with company directives.
  • Enforce full compliance of Security and Health & Safety policies storewide.
  • Manage all areas of staff development and performance such as: Reviews, Appraisals, Training and Disciplinary Actions if required.
  • Work closely with Head Office to manage recruitment processes for sales and supervisory staff and to ensure the seamless integration of new employees.
  • Organising staff rotas on a monthly basis (staff must always be able to see a month of rotas in advance)
  • Arranging necessary cover for all absences (e.g.: Sickness, Holiday, Medical appointments), monitoring all attendance matters and returning all supporting documentation.

Concession Brand Ambassador- Topshop Staines

Our Concession Ambassadors are a huge part of our family and are a massive influence on the success of Skinnydip. The role is focused on taking full ownership of the concession you are based in whilst also building strong relationships with host store management and team members.

 

 As Concession Ambassador, you are expected to be:

Hours: 2 Hours per week

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sending photos via Whatsapp of all sides of your concession at the start and end of your shifts
  • Keeping the concession stands clean and well maintained to best represent the brand
  • Replenishing the concession
  • Processing deliveries and managing stock rotation

Concessions Internship

 

 

We have an exciting opportunity to work with the Skinnydip Concessions team. Ideally you will either be a graduate or completing a relevant qualification. We would like someone 2 days a week on a Thursday & Friday to start asap.

 

What will you be doing?

The internship will be working with the concessions team helping the team out with Topshop concessions in preparation for Christmas.

  • Visual Merchandising
  • Stock analysis
  • Organising graphics to be sent into concessions
  • Preparing all Christmas gifting to concession partners
  • Sale preparation and general assistants to the retail team.

Nail Technician - Nail Club Neal Street

We have many exciting opportunities for Nail Technicians to work in our Instafamous Nail Club. The Nail Club partners with some of the world’s best brands such as CND Shellac, Artistic Dip, Smith & Cult, Nailberry and more. You will be responsible for providing clients with the ultimate experience of high quality treatments. From Manicures and Pedicures through to Nail Art, Extensions and Gel nails.

Location: Nail Club - Located in Skinnydip Store, Neal Street.

Hours: 21.5 hours - flexibility over the week on what days are worked.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality treatments whilst engaging with each and every client.
  • Displaying creativity and flair when applying nail art and polish.
  • Able to advise clients with nail and after care advice.
  • Working to targets and time restraints, constantly multitasking to provide unrivalled service.
  • Actively partnering with other team members to ensure clients have luxury service.
  • Promoting brand and offers, upselling services to clients.

What we need from you?

  • Excellent customer service skills are crucial at Nail Club.
  • Ability to build a strong client base is crucial.
  • Passion for nails and knowledge of all products and services.
  • Friendly, helpful, polite.
  • Knows their way around a good Instagram feed, savvy content creation skills and the opportunity to see your content on our social
  • Qualified Nail Technician (NVQ 2 or equivalent).
  • Experience of 3 years minimum.
  • Confident with Natural nails and Gel treatment.
  • Reliable and accommodating.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
