What delivery options do you offer? #answer# UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)- £2.95 or free when you spend £20 or over.

Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) - £4.95.

Click & Collect via HubBox Collection Point (3-5 working days) - £2.95 or free when you spend £25 or over.

Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

International Delivery

Europe Standard Delivery (3-6 Working Days) - £5.00

Europe Tracked Delivery (4-5 Working Days) - £15.00

Rest of World Standard Delivery (5-8 Working Days) - £5.00

Rest of World Tracked Delivery (6-9 Working Days) - £20.00

 

*While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations, (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions, custom delays, local postal delays and tech updates) which result in a longer delivery. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us. #question_split# How does your UK next day delivery service work? #answer# If you order with us before 3pm Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you the next working day. For example, if you order before 3pm on Monday for next day delivery, your order should be with you by Tuesday, if you order after 3pm on Monday, your order should be with you by Wednesday. We work with click and collect service HubBox, so you can collect an order from a chosen pick up point.     

     

How does it work? (HubBox pickup point)

At checkout, select Click & Collect. Enter your desired postcode or location and this will bring up a list of collection points close by. Select your desired collection point and once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email & your order will make its way to your collection point. You will receive an email with your collection code when your parcel arrives. If you have more than one parcel waiting at the Collect Point, you can use one collection code to pick up multiple parcels.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Opening hours at Collect Points can sometimes vary due to holiday hours, etc. Please call ahead if you have any questions.

 

#question_split# Can I track the status of my order? #answer# Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a UK tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order, we currently ship with Hermes and you can track your order here. If you're an international customer you can check the status of your order here. #question_split# What happens if nobody's in when my order is delivered? #answer# As we currently ship with Hermes, they state that your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect. If you would like to pass on a preferable delivery day, time or safe place to leave your parcel, please use the Hermes web chat service and they’ll be happy to pass the information on to the courier. It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. If Hermes have attempted to deliver your parcel after three attempts this will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded. If you’re an International customer and no one is home during delivery then your parcel may also be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or alternatively, with your local post office. #question_split# Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges? #answer# Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK. #question_split# Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box address? #answer# Yes, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box Address.
