COVID-19: Your delivery
Due to the current safety measures we have put in place in line with government advice, when placing an order with us you may experience some delays with our delivery service. Our warehouse team and couriers are working around the clock to do their absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible in these unprecedented times, and we ask that you wait an additional 3-4 working days before getting in touch with our customer service team.
To avoid these delays happening as much as possible, we have amended some of our delivery times to include a longer wait time, to avoid any disappointment of when your parcel is due to arrive.

Please note. We are currently unable to deliver any orders to our UK stores, HubBox collection points and into France, Brazil, Taiwan, Russia and Nigeria due to COVID-19.

We really hope you love every Skinnydip item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.
