We really hope you love every Skinnydip item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
*We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2017. Orders placed from 22nd of November 2017 through till 24th December 2017 can be returned up until 14th January 2018 and are subject to our returns policy.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
There are a few items we stock that can’t be returned due to various reasons, so please make a note of this before you purchase. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on pierced jewellery or cosmetics products if they have been used or the seal is broken. . If you need to return swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping – we will not accept returns if this has been removed. Cacti & Gift Cards are also non-returnable items.

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we’ve received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, this will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Purchased an item instore that you need to return?
Simply take the item(s) to the original store you purchased from within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must bring some proof of purchase otherwise we are unable to process the return.

MISSING A REFUND?
If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account by contacting your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so bare this in mind. If you’ve done this already, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you!
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to email@example.com. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, we will then process your refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
