Returns

We really hope you love every Skinnydip item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.

There are a few items we stock that can’t be returned due to various reasons, so please make a note of this before you purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear briefs, cosmetics and beauty products including skin care. For swimwear, if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed we will not be able to accept this product back. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Cacti & Gift Cards are also non-returnable items.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it please contact Customer Care within 30 days of receipt. Likewise, contact us if there is an issue within 12 months of purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days then please notify us by email at mail@skinnydiplondon.com Please do so within 21 days of the order date. After this time has elapsed, Skinnydip reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEMS ARE FAULTY? 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it please contact Customer Care within 30 days of receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASE

Need to return an item you’ve purchased online? No problem!

We accept returns for online orders via the post only.

If you’re in the UK, we also offer a FREE returns service! Postage labels are included in all online orders to make returning your items hassle-free!

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we’ve received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, this will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

INSTORE PURCHASE

Purchased an item instore that you need to return?

Simply take the item(s) to the original store you purchased from within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must bring some proof of purchase otherwise we are unable to process the return.

MISSING A REFUND?

If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account by contacting your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so bear this in mind. If you’ve done this already, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@skinnydiplondon.com and we will do our best to help you!

CANCELLED GOODS

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to mail@skinnydiplondon.com. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, we will then process your refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
