Returning goods

We really hope you love every Skinnydip purchase you make! However if you decide you wish to return an item, you can do this within 30 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on pierced jewellery and cacti. If you wish to return swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons – we will not accept returns if this has been removed. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item.

We accept returns in store or via the post, for UK customers only we also offer a free returns service and postage labels are included in all online orders. If you wish to return your order via post please send this back to us at the below address including your name and order number.

In order to process your refund in store please bring proof of purchase with you. Items must be returned to the store where they were originally purchased. 

If you wish to return a product after the 30 day period, please email us at mail@skinnydiplondon.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@skinnydiplondon.com.

   

Cancelled Goods

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to mail@skinnydiplondon.com. You must also returns the Goods to us as soon as possible, we will then process your refund as soon as possible. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost. you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
