SKINNYDIP LONDON ‘LUCKY DIP’ Prize Draw: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Lucky Dip Prize Draw eligibility and requirements:
Skinnydip London’s Lucky Dip Prize Draw (“Lucky Dip”) is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over on the date of entry, excluding employees of Skinnydip London, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Lucky Dip.
Skinnydip London, (“us” and “we”) is acting as the “Promoter” for this prize draw (the “Promotion”), in which entries will be accepted free, without payment, via the below mechanism.

Each action highlighted above will grant one entry per calendar month, up until the last day of the month. An entrant may submit a maximum of seven (7) entries per calendar month per Lucky Dip, beginning on the 1st of the month and closing on midnight of the last Thursday of the calendar month, with the winner selected and announced on the last Friday of the calendar month (see: Winner selection & contact).
By entering the Lucky Dip, you confirm the following:
- You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;
- You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for Skinnydip London;
- You have read and accept these Skinnydip London ‘Lucky Dip Lucky Dip ’ terms and conditions;
Maximum number of entries:
Seven (7) entries per phone number per Lucky Dip. Participants must choose a unique channel per entry per month. For example, in any given month a participant must complete all 7 different entry methods to achieve the maximum amount of 7 entries. In any given month, a participant cannot not use the same channel on more than one (1) occasion.

Skinnydip London reserves the right to seek verification of all entries including but not limited to requiring entrants to provide proof of identity. Skinnydip London may refuse to award the Prize or disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the prize draw or has won using fraudulent means.
Opening / closing date & time:
Participants may enter the Lucky Dip seven (7) occasions per month. Each Lucky Dip opens on the 1st of every month, beginning on the 1st of December 2023. Entries to each Lucky Dip will close at midnight on the last Thursday of every calendar month until end of the Promotion. Winners will be selected on the last Friday of every month (see: Winner selection & contact), beginning on Friday 29th December 2023. The Lucky Dip Prize Draw will run for a minimum of 1 draw.
Skinnydip London reserves the right to discontinue the promotion after a prize has been awarded for that calendar month. Skinnydip London also reserves the right to extend the promotion for subsequent months.
Participants must complete prize draw entry before the closing date and time of the Lucky Dip. If the participant is part way through entry when the Lucky Dip closes, they will not be able to complete entry and will not have entered the Prize Draw.
Participants may only submit 7 entries to the Lucky dip per calendar month via the 7 different entry channels listed below:

Entries are only valid during current Lucky Dip calendar month and cannot rollover to the next Lucky Dip.
Winner selection & contact:
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be selected and awarded with £1000. The winner will be selected at random on the last Friday of the calendar month.
The winner will be contacted by Skinnydip London by DM and story tag on Instagram. After providing their contact details, the winner will then be contacted to confirm that they have won. The Prize must be claimed within 5 days of the date of correspondence from Skinnydip London. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time Skinnydip London reserves the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.
The Prize is not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Skinnydip London.
Cost of entry:
Entry to the Lucky Dip is free. Data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider of mobile network).
Prize:
£1000 will be awarded to one randomly selected participant per Lucky dip. Each Cash Prize will be made payable by BACS in the name of the winner only.
By entering this prize draw participants agree that Skinnydip London may hold and use their personal data for the purpose of administering the prize draw. Skinnydip London do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Persons under 13 should not use or provide any information about themselves including without limitation their name, address, email address or screen name or username. If Skinnydip London learn that they have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, Skinnydip London will delete that information. If a participant believes that Skinnydip London may have any information from or about a child under 13, they should contact Skinnydip London.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
