Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, customs or circumstances outside of our control.

Next Working Day: Order before 1:30pm Monday–Friday for next working day delivery on eligible products.
Orders placed after 1:30pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Some products are fulfilled from different locations and may not be eligible for Next Working Day delivery. Available delivery options will always be shown at checkout.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges.
Unless we specifically tell you that duties and taxes are included, these charges are not included in the price you pay to Skinnydip and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs charges are refused and your parcel is returned to us, we'll process your refund once the order has been received back by our warehouse. Any applicable original delivery, return or customs charges may be deducted where permitted.
USA
US Standard Delivery

Good news — US tariffs and import duties are currently covered by Skinnydip, so you won't be asked to pay additional US import tariffs on delivery.
US orders may be fulfilled from either the UK or the US depending on product availability.
Recent changes to US tariffs and customs processes may occasionally result in longer delivery times. We're working with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Chargers & Batteries
Some products containing chargers or batteries have additional delivery restrictions.
These products:
- can only be delivered to eligible addresses in England, Wales and Scotland;
- may be dispatched separately from the rest of your order; and
- are subject to an additional £12.99 delivery charge.
Unfortunately, some postcodes may not be eligible for delivery of these products. Available options will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking information where tracking is available.
Tracking may take a little time to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
Split Shipments
Sometimes items in your order may be dispatched separately, depending on product availability and where they're fulfilled from.
If your order is split into more than one parcel, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations and tracking details. You won't be charged any additional delivery fees if we split your order.
Where's My Order?
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, check your tracking information first.
International deliveries can occasionally be delayed by customs or local delivery networks.
We ask that you allow up to 14 working days from dispatch before a parcel can be investigated as potentially lost.
If 14 working days have passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll investigate it with the courier.
If your tracking says your parcel has been delivered but you can't find it, please check any safe places and with members of your household or neighbours before contacting us. If you still can't locate it, get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier.
Wrong Delivery Address?
Entered the wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to amend your delivery details before your order is dispatched, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
Returned to Sender
If your parcel is returned to Skinnydip by the courier, we'll normally process a refund once it has arrived back at our warehouse and has been processed.
Depending on why the parcel was returned, original delivery, return, customs or handling charges may not be refundable where permitted by law.
