Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop essential service communications, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, security messages or information about a transaction with us.

We may retain limited information about your opt-out so that we can respect your preference and avoid sending you marketing you have asked not to receive.

6. Birthday marketing

If you choose to give us your date of birth, we may use it to personalise your experience and send you birthday-related marketing, offers or promotions.

You do not have to provide your date of birth to shop with Skinnydip.

If you tag Skinnydip, mention us or otherwise make content relating to Skinnydip publicly available on social media, we may interact with or repost that content through our social media channels.
