Due to the current safety measures we have put in place in line with government advice, when placing an order with us you may experience some delays with our delivery service. Our warehouse team and couriers are working around the clock to do their absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible in these unprecedented times, and we ask that you wait an additional 3-4 working days before getting in touch with our customer service team.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.

I love my case but

So I ordered two cases one right behind the other. The first one being the Disney Marie case and the second one Disney Lady case. My Marie case of course shipped but it was days almost 2 weeks before they informed me that the Lady case was sold out. Shame on you guys for allowing me to purchase something out of stock. 20% doesn’t make up for the sadness I felt. Truly wanted the case. Now I love my Marie case. The slick back of the case is annoying and it feels kinda small. You should stop hybrid cases I have an iPhone 11 mint green so the colors truly pop. But the phone case makes my phone look smaller. The camera lens rim is also poorly painted and it does not contrary to popular belief protects your camera lens. Like I said love my case just these are some things I hate. It’ll be wiser if you invested in tougher phone cases like Casetify. I own two of the same Hello Kitty milk cases and they are stronger, protective camera wise and all. Just a suggestion. Will I buy from you all again? Absolutely, just not a lot of phone cases.

Super cute

I had been wanting to get this case for ages. It’s so cute and really sturdy. Definitely shock proof. I have at least 4 other cases but this is the definite favourite
