We are looking for an experienced Influencer Outreach Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager to discover growth opportunities for social and influencer collaborations which support the Skinnydip brand. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in a similar role, creating new and maintaining existing relationships with influencers should come second nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital and social media platforms, trends and measurement approaches
  • Identify, cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers across all channels ensuring they are the right fit for the Skinnydip brand.
  • Manage all gifting activity and outreach to new and existing influencers including established and up-and-coming talent.
  • Build long term relationships with key online influencers, bloggers and models to encourage further content exposure.
  • Assist in the daily management of talent, reaching out to up-and-coming influencers and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Develop our influencer partnership programme into a long term, measurable marketing strategy
  • Execute paid content and influencer marketing campaigns from initial outreach, negotiation, final execution and reporting.
  • Project manage influencer partnerships and activity to ensure plans are completed on time and within an established budget, delivering MoM growth across key success metrics
  • Work with the team to generate marketing ideas, content strategy and creative content across all areas of the business.
  • Regular media outreach to traditional print and online press publications, continuing to build and maintain relationships with industry editors

Planning & Analysis

  • Create & plan influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, social engagement and website traffic.
  • Scale the influencer program to include all social media platforms
  • Daily monitoring and tracking of all influencer coverage across channels ensuring all content is documented.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of all events.
  • Leverage a monthly budget to all aspects of the strategy and campaign including product usage, gift cards, paid posts, competitions and collaborations.
  • Identify analysis metrics and social listening tools to support the strategy to make sure we are hitting the KPIs set

Communication

  • Collate & contribute data, feedback and ideas to weekly PR, Social & Events meetings.
  • Communicating with the social media team to encourage audience engagement across platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business – including liaising with different departments and teams.
  • Become the key point of contact for all commercial influencer activity in the business including events, shoots, gifting and social

Research & Brand Awareness

  • Monitoring all competitor activity to ensure we are stay on the cutting edge of digital and social trends.
  • Evaluate influencer partnerships on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively monitor digital influencer activity across social to report on trends, content and collaborations to get ahead of the next big movement.
  • Identify and manage onsite activations – guest blogging and vlogs, product collaborations

What we need from you?

  • Educated to degree level in PR or Marketing related qualification or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Extensive industry understanding across influencer partnerships with experience in negotiation of terms.
  • Have an established influencer database and agency roster
  • Demonstrable experience in facilitating influencer collaborations and supporting events etc.
  • Exposure to client meetings.
  • Basic google analytics knowledge and UTM Parameters build out
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr.
  • Creative with strong copy writing skills and knowledge in social media trends.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You will be a self-driven individual with the ability to use own initiative. A strong communicator and problem solver with outstanding presentation skills.
  • An interest in fashion/accessories/beauty/pop culture is key.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Direct line manager of the Skinnydip wholesale design team that designs & develops exclusive Skinnydip product for retailers on Softlines and hardlines ( 4 people). Also managing the design team for the private/ white label side of the business ( 2 people)
  • Ability to manage a current team of 6
  • Extensive knowledge of product development in accessories, beauty and tech.
  • Motivating the team to design and develop fun and innovative products
  • Monitoring the team’s performance & progression with clear KPI’s and targets
  • Overseeing and helping to priorities workloads.
  • Working closely with external buyers to create exclusive product
  • Experienced within product development in terms of supply chain and cost
  • Working strategically with the account managers in developing new opportunities for all customers.
  • Overseeing full product development life cycle responsibly sourcing products with our far east, European & UK suppliers.
  • Stay ahead of trend, conducting regular comp shops
  • Ability to manage multiple Critical Paths across several different product categories
  • Having a clear understanding of the Skinnydip customer & leading the team/ designing to this
  • Working closely with License partners and managing the development of the ranges with the team

What we need from you:

  • 4+ years in product development experience working directly with factories within the fashion & accessories industry is essential

Senior Buyers Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Buyers Administrator to provide critical admin support to our Skinny Dip Buying team. You will be helping the Buyer and Assistant buyer to develop and select the most exciting fashion ranges.

You will be working collaboratively to ensure that the department runs smoothly, supporting with sample management, updating the critical path and the general running of the department. The role is multidepartment which makes it a great opportunity for you to get experience across such a range of product areas including jersey, woven and outerwear.

  

What you’ll be doing…   

  • Maintaining the Critical Path and communicating with suppliers to ensure that we meet each key date in the trading calendar and the product runs on time.
  • Managing and keeping track of a high volume of samples, through fit sessions, development, shoots, sign off meetings.
  • Working closely with Merchandising, Design, Production, Technical, Marketing and your Brands/Suppliers daily.
  • Delivering efficient administrative support to the team, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that relevant reports and files are kept up to date at all times 
  • Supporting your Buying team with product development that is customer focused and aligns with the wider business strategy, with relevant attention to commercialism, costing, and innovation 
  • You will be managing product
  • Conducting regular comp shops to understand competitor activity, identifying opportunities for the department and presenting back ideas to the team

  • Requesting and chasing pricing from the factories on designs.
  • Chasing the factories for samples and being on top of deadlines
  • Creating presentations for each product ranges
  • Developing products with our far east suppliers.
  • Day to day office tasks
  • Working closely with License partners, helping designing ranges and uploading ranges to their dedicated systems and making sure everything’s on track

What we need from you:

  • A BA degree in graphics/ fashion/ textiles/ accessories is needed

The primary focus of this role is to work with the wider team to ensure all products & shoot briefs are executed to the highest quality, we are looking for someone who is proactive, friendly and goes the extra mile.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot product imagery to the highest possible standard, maintaining consistency across the website for various product categories
  • Manage the ecommerce photography workload, ensuring products are shot, retouched & ready for upload within the deadline
  • Organisation of samples to ensure work can be completed in a timely manner & deadlines are met
  • Shooting video content for Skinnydiplondon.com as well as content for youtube & social channels
  • Giving clear & concise model direction on set, ensuring all body language & attitude is in line with brand guidelines
  • Ensuring the product is the focus of all imagery created & is displaying it to the best of our ability
  • Working collectively with the team for image selection to ensure they fit with the brand guidelines
  • Crop & resize images to all required specifications for different platforms & websites as well as for print usage
  • Shoot model ecommerce imagery to the highest possible standard, maintaining consistency between shoots regardless of location & finalising guidelines for studio shooting
  • Remove imperfections & create consistency between product & model imagery including colour correction, cloning & healing, comping, masking, adding/removing shadows etc.
  • Ensuring colour consistency across all images, particularly focusing on physical samples match digital imagery
  • Process, name & file all images correctly in user friendly manner
  • Perform quality checks on all imagery before go live on website
  • Work collectively with the team to monitor product performance & look to complete reshoots in a timely manner
  • Support the team with all model castings, adding feedback where necessary
  • Maintain & organise all studio equipment, ensuring everything is functioning as expected
  • Consistently staying up to date with trends in the market, monitoring what competitors are doing & bringing new ideas to the table

Production Admin Assistant

We are looking for a Production Admin Assistant to join our production team and assist Senior Production Coordinators to secure timely and successful deliveries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Production Coordinators to accurately update and maintain PO information on internal systems.
  • Setting up new products/suppliers, download reports from in house system.
  • Working closely with Design team in reviewing packaging requirements
  • Track and update internal shipping schedule and cross check packing lists against scheduled shipments. Adjust shipment schedule were applicable.
  • Proactively follow up orders weekly with factories and chase shipment samples, QC reports and any documents for approval prior to shipment.
  • Quality checking samples against approved pre-production samples
  • Attend production meetings with Senior production coordinators and factories where required.
  • Maintain good relationship with warehouses, communicating clearly packing instructions and new deliveries where required.
  • Raising invoices
  • Check and approve supplier invoices, liaise with finance team to arrange payments.
  • Cross check packing lists and delivery note against purchase orders.
  • Upload images on licensed portals.
  • Prepare commercial invoices for custom clearance.
  • Assist Senior Production Coordinator in any additional tasks to ensure timely production and delivery of all orders.

 

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in working within administration in the fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Experience working with factories/ suppliers based in the Far East
  • Being highly driven and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
