Our Concession Coordinators are a huge part of our family and a massive influence on the success of Skinnydip. The role is focused on overseeing our concessions across the UK & Ireland. The role is based in our London Head Office but travelling is essential. We aim to build strong relationships with our retailers from head office to store teams

 

As a Concession Co-ordinator, you are expected to:

  • Manage own schedule & are self-efficient
  • Be passionate & experienced in visual merchandising
  • Make fast paced decisions
  • Show confidence and willing to use initiative
  • Be passionate about the brand
  • Have Basic Excel & Power point knowledge

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assume responsibility for the success of concessions within your areas, meeting and exceeding sales targets at every opportunity.
  • Providing sales information and store feedback in the weekly retail meeting.
  • Ensuring that you have information available for all concessions reporting to you.
  • Creating visual plans & sales reports for host head office & store members using Excel & Power point.
  • Ensuring that visual standards are maintained as per guidelines.
  • Monitoring the location of Skinnydip fixtures in stores, making sure that the fixture is in the best location to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Building strong working relationships with store managers and team leaders in store to help increase performance. Providing feedback to management after a visit to store.
  • Liaising with Merchandising team to make sure your concessions are receiving the strongest stock package for each location.
  • Ensuring that all staff members complete stock takes when requested in a timely manner and with clear, legible product details.
  • Arranging pass outs, making bookings with DHL, tracking and confirming that the warehouse receive shipments and passing this information on to the allocation team.
  • Organising sale launches, checking that all lines have been marked down accordingly.
  • Regular visits to concessions; travelling is essential.
  • Creating your own weekly plans for store visits & booking own travel.
  • Keeping up to date with Skinnydip products.

Area Concession Co-ordinator

Our Concession Coordinators are a huge part of our family and a massive influence on the success of Skinnydip. The role is focused on overseeing our concessions across Scotland. The role is based remotely, and travel is essential.

 

As an Area Concession Co-ordinator, you are expected to:

  • Manage own schedule & are self-efficient
  • Be passionate & experienced in visual merchandising
  • Make fast paced decisions
  • Show confidence and willing to use initiative
  • Be passionate about the brand

 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Visiting stores within your region, meeting and exceeding sales targets at every opportunity.
  • Providing sales information and store feedback in the weekly retail meeting via Zoom calls/following up with a report for the previous week.
  • Ensuring that you have information available for all concessions reporting to you.
  • Ensuring that visual standards are maintained in all of your area concessions as per guidelines.
  • Monitoring the location of Skinnydip fixtures in stores, making sure that the fixture is in the best location to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Building strong working relationships with store managers and team leaders in store to help increase performance. Providing feedback to management after a visit to store.

Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a driven and passionate Marketing Intern to join our dream team here at Skinnydip! As our Marketing Intern you’ll be reporting directly into our Digital Marketing Manager to assist with the following; 

  • Helping and supporting projects within the Ecommerce team
  • Conducting weekly market research and presenting ideas for growth and improvement
  • Collect and analyse data on any marketing activities 
  • Help with sourcing gifting, influencer/brand research and reach out
  • Work with the team to help organise and assist at any upcoming events 
  • Keeping up to date with weekly media coverage 
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

What we’re after

  • Proficient on Microsoft Office programmes (mostly word and excel)
  • A strong passion for working on a variety of different platforms including Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • An understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Someone who’s self-sufficient, with amazing communication skills and the confidence to share any ideas and thoughts with the team

Student Industry Experience Work Placement

Our Industry Experience Work Placements are a great way for Students and recent graduates to come into our Studio and gain real life industry experience of what happens behind the scenes in fashion retail. As part of this programme, we ensure that candidates are given the opportunity to take part in any and all areas of the business that they are interested in.

  

This spans across design, production, marketing, buying, merchandising, sales and much more. Candidates will also be given the opportunity to be mentored by our founders and senior management team so they can leave with significant industry knowledge and experience and hopefully improve their chances of succeeding at building a career within the fashion industry. Work Placements range from 1-4 weeks maximum. Our work placements are not paid, but we do cover all travel expenses.
